After visiting 5 different monument companies we found Kapsa monument to be the most helpful and the most reasonable. Comparing apples to apples, Kapsa Monument gave us the best price. Losing a loved one is a hard thing to deal with. Gloria at Kapsa made buying the monument for my father easier for us. Incredibly professional and also incredibly caring. by MichelleHenry80 - 01/06/2011 I lost my husband suddenly in December of 2010 when I was just 26 and our daughter 3 months old. This was an incredibly difficult time and I felt completely overwhelmed at the thought of picking and designing a headstone. Gloria Kapsa walked me and my family through the process, made suggestions without any pressure, provided books with examples and also let us know how we could individualize the headstone. We ended up with a beautiful headstone, much of it designed specifically for us, without all kinds of extras fees and charges. There was one letter on the final stone that was not polished and when I let Ms. Kapsa know she had it corrected immediately. After going to several different companies I noticed a significant difference with Kapsa. They do not pressure you, they truly listen and problem solve, and they are sensitive to your particular needs.
